If you are interested in having your child aged 12 or older receive the COVID-19 vaccine on June 9  at Harrison Middle School in Yarmouth, we are pleased to provide the following information:

  • If you have not received an appointment from Northern Light Health, please arrive at Harrison Middle School according to the schedule below.
  • Please enter through the entrance nearest the Band Room, just off the sidewalk on McCartney Street. You will exit from the building by the gymnasium.
  • Be prepared to complete the consent form provided by Northern Health Light. You may view the form in several languages here.
  • Students must be 12 years of age by June 9 to receive their first dose on that day.  Many students may be receiving their second dose, if they were 12 years of age and received their first dose at our previous clinic in May.
